Text Box: A Quilt, A Prayer and Appreciation

Kenneth and Sara Deese of Square Dealers, #110 would like to express their appreciation and we need to remember to keep them in our prayers.

     Dear Fellow Campers:
We would like to express our appreciation for the monetary donation you presented to us on behalf of our daughter, Kimberly.
This whole experience for the past year, coping with the diagnosis of her cancer ant then trying to get treatment an/or surgery for her has been a trying time. Also it has been an humbling experience. We have had so may people praying for her and us and it has worked.
As of now the doctors say she is cancer free. She has some residual problems, but they will be taken care of in time.
Thank You again for the gift and for your concern. This group of people have always been known for their caring and action.

			God Bless each of you,

				Ken and Sara Deese

Missing MOT for the Piedmont Craftsman #128 found

It appears that the Craftsman could not keep up with their Master of Travel, Robert Smith. Just as Robert was pulling out of NC State and District Rally, their leader took a detour.
Robert is a volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity and he was one of the first responders to go to Biloxi, Mississippi. “Robert is quite a man and not one to ring his own bell”, says Ginny. In his phone call to let Ginny know, he stated that the damage was more devastating then what was shone on TV.
In Ginny’s words, “There are more people out there that probably do the same good deeds, but you know it sure hits home when you know that person who is in your own circle of family and friends, so when you see him next time ask him what it was like there.
Thank YOU Robert for being the type of person we can look up to and we are sure proud you are one of ours. You have set a good example for us and something for us to be thankful for this Holiday Season.
Thank you Ginny Holdeen for letting us know about OUR Camper.
